You can pick the gems you like. While you sip on fresh coffee, I will put my creative juices to good use stringing you your unique piece. How will that make you feel?

With more and more local business women becoming return customers, I felt it would be a great idea to organise a photo shoot, capturing corporate local women in Funky Beads.

Neil Shelby Long was the photographer, he managed to get all the ladies relaxed, and I’m sure you’ll agree the results were excellent.

We chose the slogan; “funky beads by sarah-jane. Imagine how they’ll make you feel?”. Each model then gave us a quote.

Make up artists on the day were Scarlett Jeavons Golding and Lorna McEvoy

We were very lucky to have hosted the day at South Lodge boutique bed and breakfast in Wavendon, Julia was the perfect hostess making everyone feel welcome and relaxed.

The pictures have been used for marketing and advertising.

Huge  thank you’s to everyone involved.

The English weather let us down slightly, it rained all day and most of the night, but it didn’t dampen everyone’s spirirts over 80 people braved the rain, the evening was a great success.

I’m really excited, I have collaborated with photographer Neil Shelby Long we have created a visual feast consisting of local corporate women and one token male, wearing Funky beads by Sarah-Jane.

We had a fantastic photo shoot, on location at South Lodge boutique bed and breakfast situated in Wavendon, Milton Keynes. There was a great party atmosphere. We had expert help from  media make-up artists Scarlett Jeavons-Golding and Lorna McEvoy. Everyone enjoyed themselves, which has resulted in an array of Stunning pictures which will be featured on the stand and website.

Entry to the exhibition is free, so no excuses not to come along.

Funky Beads are now producing a limited edition range exclusively for Doyles in Woburn Sands and Market Harborough called simply SJ’s. The autumn / winter collection is available from August 2009!

On september 19th Funky Beads by Sarah Jane will be exhibiting at the Autumn ball in the Midsummer hall at Jury’s Inn. This evening has been organised by SJF events in association with Willen Hospice. Even better, a percentage of all Funky Beads sales on the evening will be donated to Willen Hospice, so you can feel doubly fabulous about your new Funky jewellery purchases!

Thursday 24th September, Funky Beads will be exhibiting at the annual charity shopping extravaganza, held in the atrium at Whittlebury Park in support of Macmillain Cancer support and the Helen & Douglas Hospice.
